Jeff has over a decade of buyside investment experience across a range of industries within the industrials, consumer, healthcare, and materials sectors.

Before joining Astara, Jeff led M&A and Corporate Development for a multi-site consumer roll-up backed by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Prior to that, he headed the private investing function at Red Apple Group, a prominent NYC-based family office. Earlier in his career, Jeff held roles of increasing responsibility – ultimately Director and member of the Investment Committee – at Drum Capital Management, a value-oriented middle market private equity firm. He began his career as an Analyst at Tannor Capital Management, a distressed and turnaround-focused hedge fund.

Jeff earned a BS in Finance, with a minor in Economics, from the School of Business at Wake Forest University, and is a CFA charterholder. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golf, live music, playing guitar, and watching football.
