Brett is an experienced investor with consulting, investment banking and private equity experience during which he has worked with companies across a wide range of industries.
Prior to Astara, Brett was an Investment Banking Associate with SSG Capital Advisors where he led complex restructurings and special situation M&A and debt financing transactions. Brett started his career as a Financial Services Consultant with Ernst & Young.
Brett earned his BS in Finance and Marketing from University of Maryland and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. When he’s not over-analyzing Philadelphia sports teams, Brett is searching for the world’s best buffalo chicken pizza and enjoys spending time with his fiancé and dog.
